Divine Purpose staff works with those who have undergone surgery or experienced hospitalization for a sustained injury. All residents receive a care needs assessment upon move-in, which is then periodically evaluated so that any changes to those needs are addressed. Divine Purpose Care home follows a universal care model that allows us to work together to provide residents with quality comprehensive care.
